The process flow is as follows: raw starch is metered and fed into a jet cooker, where it instantly mixes with steam to undergo gelatinization; the mixture is then diluted and adjusted to the required sizing concentration and held in a storage tank; finally, a supply pump delivers it to the sizing machine. The entire process—including temperature, concentration, and flow rate—is automatically controlled by a PLC.
