1. Vaux rotors offer low energy consumption and high crushing efficiency.

2. The rotor and discharge plate are positioned higher than the bottom of the feed hopper, creating a low-pressure zone around the discharge plate. This reduces contact between impurities and the cutter head and screening plate, extending their service life.

3. Deflectors are designed between the cutter head and the screening plate to prevent waste materials such as wires and braided belts from becoming entangled.

4. The transmission unit uses three sets of bearings, which improves the equipment’s service life.

5. Equipped with European standard pulleys, reducing maintenance time.

6. Pulpers with a capacity of 25 cubic meters or more are equipped with a transmission unit.
