Inflow Pressure Screen for Pulp Mill Fine Screening

2026-09-08

Inflow Pressure Screen for High Quality Pulp Production

In pulp mill, the inflow pressure screen is usually located after pulping and coarse screening, and undertakes the task of fine screening. It is a key “gatekeeper” device connecting the pulping and papermaking processes. The inflow pressure screen can effectively remove impurities such as adhesives and ink particles from the paste, and significantly improve the paste uniformity.

Inflow Pressure Screen Features

High screening efficiency: Tangential feeding combined with centrifugal force separates fibers from impurities in advance. Qualified fibers pass through the screen drum rapidly due to pressure difference, resulting in fast and efficient screening.

Long screen basket life: Heavy impurities are moved away from the screen drum by centrifugal force, reducing impact wear on the rotor and screen drum, and extending the service life of core components.

Continuous operation without clogging: The slurry flows from top to bottom without thickening; impurities are moved away from the screen openings by centrifugal force; the rotor generates negative pressure pulses to backwash and clean the screen holes, providing multiple anti-clogging measures for long-term efficiency.

Excellent slurry quality: The stainless steel precision screen drum has a screen opening accuracy of 0.15–0.5mm, effectively removing adhesives and ink particles, significantly improving slurry uniformity.

Inflow pressure screens play a crucial role in improving the sizing uniformity and enhancing the grade of finished paper. If you are interested in our inflow pressure screen, please feel free to contact us. Email address: leizhanmachines@gmail.com
