400,000-Ton-Per-Year Pulping Line Machine Started Up, Pulp Making Machine

The new production line (5800/1000 m/min) of Henan Hongxiang Paper Industry Co., Ltd. has been successfully commissioned, and the supporting pulp production line of Zhengzhou Leizhan Machinery, with a capacity of 400,000 tons per year, is running smoothly!

Pulping Line Details 

The complete pulp production line supplied by Zhengzhou Leizhan includes: an advanced 127 m³ D-type continuous pulping machine (with an unattended continuous hydraulic grab system), high-efficiency, energy-saving screening presses, grading screens, fine screens, and precision pre-screens. A key feature of this project is that all equipment incorporates a permanent magnet direct drive structure.
